This course focuses on immediate implant placement in both single-rooted and multi-rooted extraction sites. Attendees will review case selection, surgical techniques, implant positioning, and strategies for hard and soft tissue management. Hands-on exercises will allow attendees to practice immediate implant placement and tissue management techniques. Implant design, primary stability, bone preservation, and complication management will also be discussed. The course integrates essential principles of socket healing and bone biology to help clinicians achieve predictable outcomes.
