In this course, attendees will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way modern practices connect with and care for patients.
The first half of the session will feature a presentation from Dr. Sonya Dunbar, focusing on practical, real-world approaches to implementing AI in ways that enhance both efficiency and the patient experience. The second half will transition into a structured discussion with Dr. Cerisa Clouse, an accomplished practice owner, and Chris Balbi, a national AI educator, who will share how these ideas translate into day-to-day decisions inside growing practices. Together, the session will move beyond theory to examine what truly drives value, consistency, and return on investment.
Attendees will leave with a clearer, more grounded understanding of how to thoughtfully adopt AI in a way that supports both their team and their patients.
