In this course, attendees will learn how to stop the threat of lawsuits before they ever get started by protecting your assets in time tested and proven legal structures. In this course you will understand exactly how, why and where legal entities should be used for lawsuit prevention and asset protection.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:
- Identify correct structuring strategies to protect professional assets from any lawsuits
- Explain the proper use of trust, partnerships, and LLC’s among other entities
- Understand the importance of protecting the doctors license and knowing the effective protocols to help protect it
- Recognize how to maintain your focus on your practice
- Incorporate tools to protect the dentist from lawsuits stemming from falls and employee’s complaints
