Treating anterior teeth can be incredibly rewarding yet equally frustrating if the results are not as the patient or provider had expected. In this course, attendees will explore key concepts including preparation design, provisionalization, space analysis, and occlusion that will help the clinician assess critical aspects of the patient’s pre-operative presentation in order to help guide decisions that will ultimately lead to higher esthetic success.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:
- Assess the untreated teeth in order to decide on optimal preparation design
- Discuss the various modalities to fabricate provisionals and utilize them as prototypes for the final restoration
- Evaluate the length-width ratio of the untreated teeth in order to make treatment decisions to idealize shape and contour of final restorations
- Understand how altering the occlusal scheme can improve treatment outcomes and may alter preparation design decisions for the case
