In this course, attendees will learn a practical approach to identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks across your organization. This course introduces attendees to core risk management principles, common assessment methodologies, and tools for making informed, risk-based decisions. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, attendees will gain the confidence to recognize emerging risks, evaluate potential impacts, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
