Mindfulness is no longer a wellness trend—it is an evidence-based clinical tool that supports improved patient outcomes, enhanced provider performance, and whole-body health. In today’s fast-paced healthcare environment, both patients and providers are experiencing increased stress, chronic disease burden, and fragmented care. This course explores how mindfulness can be integrated into clinical practice to improve not only mental health, but also physical and oral-systemic health outcomes. In addition, this interactive experience is designed to move beyond theory into action—equipping healthcare professionals with tools to create more meaningful patient interactions, improve clinical outcomes, and sustain their own health and purpose in practice.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:

- Identify the connections between mental health and physical health
- Recognize the role of mindfulness in provider well-being and burnout prevention
- Integrate brief, practical mindfulness techniques into daily workflows
- Incorporate a whole-person, purpose-driven approach to care
