This course provides an in-depth exploration of the principles and clinical techniques involved in occlusal equilibration. Through practical, skill-based exercises, attendees will refine their understanding of occlusal assessment, selective adjustment, and the clinical decision-making necessary to identify when equilibration is indicated. Attendees will gain practical strategies to integrate occlusal therapy into patient care with greater precision, predictability, and confidence.
Speakers
In this course attendees will:
- Identify the clinical indications for occlusal equilibration and determine when treatment may be appropriate
- Describe the fundamental principles and techniques involved in occlusal equilibration
- Apply practical occlusal equilibration concepts and techniques to improve the management of patients requiring occlusal therapy
- Obtain a better understanding of the stomatognathic system and how it functions
- Gain more confidence in being able to help their patients who need occlusal therapy
*Tuition includes the cost of two models, bur blocks, and burs that attendees will keep at the conclusion of the course.
