Community Health Centers play a critical role in training the next generation of oral health professionals while expanding access to care and strengthening workforce pipelines. This session will provide practical strategies for successfully integrating dental students, residents, and other learners into CHC dental practices in ways that support clinical operations, enhance team-based care, and create meaningful educational experiences for learners and staff alike.
