This is a comprehensive review course for dentists of all skill sets. With over 30 years of practice in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, I have seen my share of the good, bad and ugly. We will cover superior modern forceps and instruments, atraumatic techniques, luxating elevators, case selection, medical concerns, biopsies infections and much more. You will have an opportunity to gain hands on experience with extractions, site preservation, bone grafting options, biopsy techniques and suturing. This course helps you to avoid trouble with patients and procedures, and become a better dental clinician. It will provide you with a list of tools and techniques to use to perform more predictable, faster, less invasive, painless, efficient dental procedures in your practice.

- Understand how periotomes and luxators are used in practice
- Discover different grafting materials available
- Assess surgical extraction approaches
- Review management of soft tissue lesions and biopsies
- Practice using different suturing techniques
- Determine which cases are appropriate to be treated in dental office versus referral
