In this course, we will be reviewing how you can best prepare to own a practice, whether that be a practice acquisition, associate buy-in, or startup. Key topics will include insurances needed, how valuations are created, the legal process from start to finish, and how financing is involved throughout.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:
- Recognize the key insurances needed in advance of ownership
- Prepare financially so you can get the best financing approval terms
- Utilize the best legal advice on navigating non-competes and the legal process of owning
- Identify how CPAs build practice valuations and how to interpret them
