Dentistry has a recurring revenue problem that most practice owners do not see. Patients arrive for limited exams and leave without a plan, insurance dictates clinical frequency instead of the clinician, and hygiene chairs stay full while treatment acceptance falls. This course flips that pattern by teaching attendees how to design a customized membership and care plans that reflect each patient's clinical risk profile, not an insurance code. Five working clinical care tracks (Ortho Recare, Oncology Support, Caries Prevention, Periodontal Protection, and Pediatric Prevention) are presented with patient profiles, protocols, billing structures, and revenue is currently on the table in their own practice, while the software anchors the platform segment on recurring billing, block scheduling, and real data visibility. Attendees leave with a digital resource kit, printed protocol sheets, and a 90 day launch plan they build during the workshop in the room.

After this course attendees will be able to:
- Identify the five clinical care tracks (Ortho Recare, Oncology Support, Caries Prevention, Periodontal Protection, and Pediatric Prevention) and match each to the patient populations they serve
- Design a customized membership or care plan based on a patient's clinical risk profile rather than an insurance code
- Apply CAMBRA caries risk assessment and periodontal risk evaluation protocols to stratify patients into the appropriate recare cadence
- Use the Revenue Impact Calculator to quantify the current hygiene and recurring revenue gap in your own practice
- Structure recurring billing, block scheduling, and date visibility in a modern cloud practice management system to support customized care plan execution
- Build a 90-day launch plan for a customized care plan program using the guided in session workshop
- Integrate biomimetric and prevention focused therapies acress pediatric, adult, and medically complex patient groups
- Measure hygiene stabilization and treatment acceptance as leading indicators of long term practice growth
