Successful restorative dentistry begins long before a restoration is placed. Modern treatment planning requires a comprehensive understanding of patient-specific risk factors, including systemic health, caries susceptibility, dietary influences, functional occlusion, parafunctional habits, structural compromise, esthetic considerations, and long-term restorative prognosis.
Today's restorative dentist must master more than new materials, it requires learning evidence-based techniques and clinical protocols that optimize material performance, improve efficiency, and deliver more predictable long-term outcomes. This comprehensive full-day course presents a complete restorative continuum that integrates diagnosis, patient risk assessment, adhesive dentistry, restoration-driven endodontics, precision-based preparation refinement, and contemporary CAD-CAM restorative workflows into one seamless clinical system.
Attendees will learn how comprehensive patient evaluation, functional occlusal analysis, and restoration-driven treatment planning influence every restorative decision—from conservative direct restorations to the rehabilitation of severely compromised and endodontically treated teeth through definitive indirect reconstruction.
The course introduces three complementary clinical workflows. The Atlas-Sadr Composite Workflow System, featuring the ASCRPT™ (Atlas-Sadr Composite Resin Placement Technique), provides a systematic approach for achieving predictable, efficient, and long-lasting direct adhesive restorations. The PRENDO™ (PRE-Endodontic Dentin Optimization) Workflow expands the concept of pre-endodontic dentin sealing into a comprehensive restorative-endodontic philosophy that preserves the dentin substrate, guides restoration-driven treatment sequencing, and incorporates PRENDO™ Shield, PRENDO™ Foundation, and the ATLAST™ Fiber Post System when indicated to optimize the structural rehabilitation of compromised and endodontically treated teeth. The third workflow focuses on precision-based indirect restorative dentistry, integrating magnification-enhanced preparation refinement, digital scanning, CAD-CAM technologies, contemporary restorative materials, and evidence-based adhesive and cementation protocols to maximize the precision, function, esthetics, and longevity of definitive restorations.
