Dental practices are entering a new operational era—one where technology is no longer just supporting workflows, but actively coordinating them. As AI and automation become embedded into core practice systems, administrative work is beginning to shift away from people and onto intelligent platforms. This is changing how practices manage everything from patient intake to documentation, claims, and reimbursement.
In this course, the instructor will explore how leading practices are moving beyond fragmented tools and adopting unified, intelligent systems that reduce friction and improve reliability. He will share practical examples of how operational AI is already improving clinical workflows, accelerating clean claims, and freeing up time for teams to focus on patient care.
