Patient acceptance is determined by more than the dentist’s communication and clinical skills. You, the assistant, play a key role as to whether a patient accepts or rejects the treatment plan. The assistant’s approach for educating patients on treatment options, choosing the right words, earning patient trust, and being a value driven practice creates a higher case acceptance rate. This course invites attendees to learn the techniques for transitioning from ordinary to extraordinary patient acceptance.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:
- Understand the significance of supporting the treatment plan
- Utilize a process to help patients want what they need
- Help patients accept the case by using the right words
- Identify verbal and nonverbal cues from patients
- Improve your customer service and communication skills
- Discuss how to respond to patient questions
