Throughout a patient's experience in your practice there are pivotal touchpoints where conversations can either build up a patient's perception of value in the treatment or diminish their perception of value. In this course the instructor will share not only key verbal skills, but impactful ways that each member of the team can strengthen their skills to be more confident and successful when communicating with patients.
