The future of community health center dentistry depends on cultivating strong, innovative, and mission-driven leaders prepared to navigate the evolving oral health landscape. This panel discussion will feature current and past participants of the National Network for Oral Health Access Oral Health Leadership Institute (NOHLI) as they share their leadership journeys, lessons learned, and perspectives on developing the next generation of leaders within CHC dental programs.
