In this course, we will frame “happiness at work” as a strategic advantage and explore what truly drives a strong and successful dental practice beyond production and efficiency metrics. Grounded in real-world experience, this course uncovers how team dynamics, communication, and workplace conditions shape everyday performance. Attendees will diagnose how their current practice environment influences both staff experience and patient care and will leverage a proven approach for building strong, sustainable dental teams and a high-performing Happy Practice.
