Conflict is inevitable, but violence doesn’t have to be. This upbeat, highly relatable course uses music-inspired metaphors (hello, Taylor Swift!) to explore workplace conflict, early warning signs, de-escalation strategies, and legal responsibilities. From handling difficult coworkers to managing threatening patient behavior, participants will gain practical tools to navigate tense situations with confidence, protect their practice, and maintain peace of mind.
