Dr. Burr has more than fifteen years of experience spanning private practice and large group dentistry. Earlier in his career, he held multiple leadership roles with Pacific Dental Services, where he owned and operated practices while developing and delivering training programs centered on clinical quality, leadership, and practice management. He later served as a senior
clinical executive at Elite Dental Partners, helping guide clinical strategy across more than 100 offices and supporting a network of over 150 dentists and 250 hygienists.
His current work focuses on the practical adoption of emerging technologies in dentistry, particularly artificial intelligence and digital workflow systems that support diagnostics, clinical documentation, and patient communication. Dr. Burr has been involved in early implementations of AI-powered clinical tools and regularly collaborates with leading technology
companies, DSOs, and private practices to translate innovation into systems that function
effectively in real-world clinical environments.
In addition to his consulting and industry work, Dr. Burr is the founder of Vera Dental of Riverton, a technology-driven private practice built around digital workflows, preventive care, and transparent treatment planning. The practice reflects his broader interest in strengthening the patient-provider relationship while reducing unnecessary complexity introduced by third-party
