is a Czech dentist specializing in restorative dentistry and endodontics. He practices at the D.C.M. clinic in Hradec Kralove and is a co-owner of the private dental practice Muj zubar (My Dentist). He is also a co-owner of the Hradec Dental Education Institute, where he is involved in postgraduate dental education.
Dr. Černý served as President of the Czech Endodontic Society from 2015 to 2023 and was a member of the Scientific Board of the Czech Dental Chamber from 2022 to 2025. He is a co-founder and former President of the Czech Academy of Dental Aesthetics and a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE).
He obtained his dental degree from Charles University in Hradec Kralove in 1998 and a PhD from Palacky University in Olomouc in 2018. He has authored numerous scientific publications and textbook chapters and has lectured in 27 countries worldwide.
