After three back surgeries ended her 25-year clinical career, Dr. Alfe transformed her experience as a dentist, practice owner, educator, and entrepreneur into a mission to help dentists build more profitable, independent, and fulfilling practices. She built and operated two successful dental practices, including Chicago Smile Spa, maintaining a premium fee-for-service model and complete insurance independence for 21 years. A magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Alfe later earned her Executive MBA with Honors from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Having taught and mentored thousands of dentists, she now specializes in practice profitability, leadership, team culture, insurance independence, case acceptance, financial optimization, marketing, and patient experience, combining real-world dental ownership experience with proven executive business strategy.
