Greg has been serving dentistry for 15 years helping hundreds of dentists successfully start, expand, acquire or transition their practices. For the past six years in his role with Henry Schein Dental Practice Transitions, Greg has focused on assisting dentists across all New England to sell their dental practice and transition out of ownership. From helping locate a qualified buyer, to working with all parties to successfully navigate the deal to the closing table, Greg is there every step of the way with the seller. Prior to his experience at Henry Schein, Greg served dentistry in a financial services capacity with one of the largest banks in the country. Greg originated more than $100 million of small business loans for dentists across the New England region in his role within the bank’s healthcare lending division. His experience from both sides of the practice transition (buyer and seller) provide him a unique perspective invaluable to his clients. Greg has been a frequent guest speaker at the Yankee Dental Conference, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the New Hampshire Dental Society. He holds a Communications degree from Ohio University.
Brian oversees all dental acquisition activity in the northeast at Bank of America Practice Solutions and has worked with dental professionals the last 16 years. He serves all of New England and upstate New York specializing in dental acquisitions, refinancing practice debt, and commercial real estate purchases.
