is a Regional Sales Manager with U.S. Bank’s Practice Finance team, where he partners with dentists and healthcare professionals to provide financing solutions for practice acquisitions, startups, expansions, ownership transitions, and long-term growth initiatives.
Austin has spent more than a decade working exclusively within the dental industry, building expertise across practice development, financing, and transitions. He began his career with Xite Realty, where he helped dentists identify and evaluate locations for new practices and expansions, gaining valuable insight into the operational and strategic considerations behind successful dental businesses.
He later joined Huntington Bank’s Practice Finance division as a Business Development Officer serving Texas, where he worked closely with dentists to structure financing for practice purchases, partner buy-ins, real estate acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Austin was a Sell-Side Advisor with McLerran & Associates, one of the nation’s leading dental transition advisory firms. In that role, he guided dentists through practice sales and ownership transitions, including transactions involving independent buyers, group practices, and emerging DSOs.
Drawing on experience from both the advisory and lending sides of the industry, Austin brings a unique perspective on the financial and strategic decisions that shape successful dental practices throughout every stage of ownership. He is passionate about helping dentists achieve their professional goals while building lasting relationships within the dental community.
