Since joining Dental HQ in 2017 as one of its earliest leaders, Eric has helped scale the company into the most endorsed membership platform in the dental industry, working directly with practice owners, office managers, and DSO operations leaders to operationalize membership plan billing, hygiene stabilization, and patient retention. In 2023, he expended his role as Vice President of Buisness Development at VisionHQ, Dental HQs sister platform that brings the same SaaS membership infrastructure to the optometry market. Prior to dental HQ, Eric spent more than a decade in healthcare marketing and business development, including executive roles at HealthMed Marketing and in digital media strategy. He brings a data driven perspective on how uninsured patients become long term practice members through thoughtful care plan design and recurring revenue infrastructure. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Computer Science from The University of Alabama.
