Mr. Ryan Cunningham

is the Chief Operating Officer of Guardian Dentistry Partners (GDP), a growing dental service organization with a multi-site portfolio along the East Coast. In his 18 months as COO, Ryan has focused on creating a culture of accountability across efforts spanning financial reporting, regional performance analysis, compensation strategy, and practice management technology — translating complex operational data into decisions that strengthen both practice performance and doctor partnerships.
Prior to joining Guardian in 2020, Ryan co-founded Montage Dental Group, an independently built startup that grew from a single location to eight practices in just three years. That experience gave him a ground-up understanding of scaling dental operations, building teams, and driving growth without the safety net of outside infrastructure.
