is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, regulator, national leader in organized dentistry, and law student. He serves as Chair of the ADA’s Council on Members Insurance and Retirement Programs and Chair of the Anesthesia Committee for the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Dr. McNeill is pursuing his JD at Northeastern University School of Law. His work focuses on patient safety, clinical independence, professional regulation, and the evolving relationship between clinicians, healthcare organizations, and business interests.
