This course breaks down current best practices in today’s litigious healthcare setting specific to dentistry as well as future legal issues arising from the integration of AI. This includes a discussion on AI as medical devices, informed consent, standard of care, HIPPA/HITEC liability, and cybersecurity insurance for your dental practice.
