Leading from the Operatory focuses on self-leadership as the foundation for confident communication, a stronger culture, and better patient relationships. This course provides hygienists with simple, practical ways to center themselves, create clarity in their day, and positively influence others through presence, consistency, and authentic connection. When you lead yourself well, everything in the operatory follows.
