This course was designed to help the dental team improve the diagnostic quality of intraoral and extraoral radiographic images. In this course, attendees will practice correcting errors and mistakes commonly performed by practitioners in a dental setting.

Speakers

In this course attendees will:

  • Discuss proper patient positioning for intraoral and extraoral radiographic images
  • Evaluate images for diagnostic quality
  • Identify and correct non-diagnostic radiographic errors 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in intraoral radiographic techniques

*This is not a radiology certification course. Attendees of this course should already be qualified to expose dental radiographs in accordance with their state regulations and requirements for dental personnel.
