Dr. DiBona Pastan is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Endodontics and the director of Mind-Body Wellness at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.  

Grounded in evidence based science, yoga has been shown to have physiological and physiological health benefits. This gentle mat yoga session will guide participants through a relaxing and restorative sequence with emphasis on how yoga can support the physical health of dental professionals. Please come to the session with water, a mat or towel, and in comfortable clothing.
