Various initiatives have been designed to streamline the admission process for international dentists (ID) in the U.S. academic institutions. Despite all the efforts, ID struggle understanding the licensure pathways available, similarities and differences between DMD/AGE programs. One of the major challenges for ID is how to present their skills, knowledge, attitude, and behaviors to meet the expectations of an U.S. educational dental model and receive an acceptance letter. The primary aim of this workshop is to engage Yankee participants as an advisory board for International Dentist seeking licensure and provide overall recommendations and guidelines to streamline this process integrating a logic model.
