The implant overdenture option is a “go between” options for those patients who are straddling the world of removable and fixed. This can be an excellent option for patients with limited bone, as well as those who are not willing to undergo additional surgeries. Most importantly, the implant overdenture is a good option for patients where finances is a concern.
