Botox Adverse Events: How to Avoid, Recognize, & Treat Complications
If you treat patients with neuromodulators, this 3-hour program is created for you. Any toxin treatment area has the potential for adverse events. This course provides advanced instruction in complication avoidance, recognition and management in common and not-so-common adverse events associated with neuromodulators.
- Explain the most common neurotoxin complication and how to avoid it
- Discuss management of eyelid ptosis
- Describe paradoxical masseteric hypertrophy etiology and management
- Understand the mechanism of xerophthalmia and lagophthalmos when treating orbicularis oculi
