In this course, doctors will learn the difference between a sale to a DSO and a long-term partnership with an Invisible DSO (IDSO). Learn why practice values set records in 2023 and how an IDSO partner can reduce admin burdens for GPs and dentists of all specialties. Doctors will understand why the IDSOs are larger than DSOs and are growing more rapidly across the U.S. Learn about the risks and rewards of IDSO partnership and why it may or may not be a fit for your practice.

After this course attendees will be able to:
  • Understand the big differences between a DSO and an IDSO; ownership and autonomy
  • Identify the IDSO resources that independent dentists cannot compete with
  • Learn why doctors of all ages are joining IDSOs
  • Understand the risks of competing with IDSO partnered practices
