Daniel Baccari, JD is an attorney, practice broker, and co-owner of Choice Transitions, LLC. and co-founder of Baccari Cabral Group, LLC.

The instructor who has transitioned hundreds of dental practices over a 22 year period will lend his expertise to both buyers and sellers. Discussion will be on practice valuations, selling to a DSO, and the legal contracts of such. Attendees will receive information to help guide them through the processes, along with useful take-away pointers to avoid costly mistakes. Past attendees to this course have given excellent reviews of his detailed analysis of the transition industry and how to plan for their purchase or sale of a dental practice.

After this course attendees will be able to:
