Practice Transitions and Preparing your Practice for sale/partnership will give you a better understanding of decisions that you need to make and timing of the same, what you need to do to get your practice ready, what is involved in an appraisal, tax results to the parties, your transition options based upon the pool of buyers and the legal considerations involved in a practice purchase and sale.
- Identify the process to get your practice ready for sale
- Find out what the strategies are for timing
- Determine financials the bank is looking at
- Find out about the mechanics of an appraisal
- Learn about who your pool of buyers are and what is your best match
- Understand the legal considerations involved as a buyer and a seller
